Disposal of Lost Property (ပျောက်ဆုံးကျန်ရစ်ခဲ့သော ပစ္စည်းများထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း)

• perishable, noxious or other offensive goods or articles shall be disposed of by the Yangon Water Bus, its agents or employees, as soon as practicable after they have come into possession, by sale or otherwise as the Yangon Water Bus sees fit;
• any legally questionable items collected shall be handed over to the authority immediately;
• all other goods or articles may be retained by the Yangon Water Bus for a period of one month after they have come into its possession, and if at the end of that period they remain unclaimed, they shall be deemed to have been abandoned by their owners and the Yangon Water Bus may dispose of them by sale or otherwise as befitting.

Prohibited Articles (တားမြစ်ထားသောအချက်များ)

Passenger Rules of Conduct (ခရီးသည်များ လိုက်နာရမည့် စည်းကမ်းချက်များ)

The following Passenger Rules of Conduct shall be adhered to by all passengers to ensure the safety of the public and all employees. Any passenger in violation of these regulations may be prohibited from boarding the Yangon Water Bus vessel and removed from the facility.

• No disorderly conduct or behavior that may be deemed unsafe or disruptive.
• No littering - place all trash and garbage in the receptacles provided.
• No spitting or creating of any other unsanitary condition
• Feeding of any animal within the jetties and vessels is prohibited
• Lying down on seats and benches within the jetties and vessels is prohibited
• Smoking is prohibited onboard the vessels and within all enclosed spaces within the terminals. Smoking is allowed only in designated open areas within the terminal premises
• Distribution or posting of any literature or advertisements in the perimeters of our facilities without a permission from the Yangon Water Bus is prohibited
• Carrying of firearms or weapons within the terminals or on the ferries is prohibited
• Commercial use of video, photography or audio recording equipment without a permission from the Yangon Water Bus is prohibited
• Playing any audible device without the use of earphones is prohibited. Audible devices include but are not limited to radios, game devices, and audio/video playback devices
• Pets and other animals are not allowed in the premises and/or on the vessels
• Vandalism, graffiti, or marking of any facility or vessel is prohibited
• During an emergency, all passengers shall follow the direction of the security personnel or vessel crew members

Pleasant Trip Tips (ခရီးစဉ်များအတွင်း လိုက်နာရန်အချက်များ)

● As more tips come up this list will be updated so please check back regularly.
● Do not stand up while the ferry is in motion.
● Do not hold your children in your arms while the ferry is docking to avoid the possibility of falling if the ferry makes a hard landing.
● When it is raining, the decks of the ferries can get very slippery. Please be cautious during these conditions.
● Watch your step when passing through the doorways and when boarding or leaving the ferry.
● Please be sure to take all of your belongings with you as you leave the ferry.
● Weather and sea conditions affect vessel movement. Always use caution when boarding and departing.
● Keep an eye on your children to ensure they are not playing near doors, windows, gates, railings, or any vessel equipment.
● Pedestrian should use designated crosswalks and sidewalks outside of the jetty. Look both ways when crossing streets and parking lots.
● Drivers should look out for pedestrians and must comply with posted speed limits and all traffic regulations of Yangon.

Animals

Pets and animals are not allowed to be brought on the vessels and within the premises of the Yangon Water Bus.

Ticket Price (လက်မှတ်ဈေးနှုန်းများ)

• The price of a ticket for the Route 1 (Insein ↔ Botahtaung) is 300 Kyats for a single trip, from the point of purchase only up until the end of the Route in either direction for once.
• The price of a ten-tickets bundle for the Route 1 (Insein ↔ Botahtaung) is 3,000 Kyats. Promotions and discounts are applied as specified by the Yangon Water Bus from time to time.

• ခရီးစဉ်တစ်ခုလျှင် (ဥပမာ- ဗိုလ်တထောင် - အင်းစိန် ခရီးစဉ်တစ်ခုလျှင် = ၃၀၀ ကျပ်သာ ကျသင့်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး လက်မှတ်တစ်စောင်လျှင် ခရီးစဉ်တစ်ကြောင်းအတွက်သာ အကျုံးဝင်ပါမည်။
• ခရီးစဉ် ၁၀ ခုစာ အထူးလက်မှတ်တစ်စောင်သည် ၃၀၀၀ ကျပ်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလများတွင် ပုံမှန်ဈေးထက် သက်သာနိုင်ပါသည်။

Usage & Validity (ဆင်တူယိုးမှား ခွဲခြားနိုင်ရန်)

• All tickets are to be purchased only from the Yangon Water Bus ticket counters, authorized agents, and the Yangon Water Bus online platform. All issued tickets are valid up until the specified expiration date.
• Any unused ticket lost, stolen, or damaged shall not be the Yangon Water Bus’s responsibility to issue a replacement.
• ရန်ကုန်ဝါးတားဘတ်စ် လက်မှတ်ကောင်တာများ၊ ခွင့်ပြုထားသည့် အေးဂျင့်များ၊ Official Facebook page များ၊ ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ်များမှသာ လက်မှတ်ဝယ်ယူရန်နှင့် ပျောက်ဆုံး၊ ပျက်စီးလက်မှတ်များ အကျုံးမဝင်ပါ။
• ဝယ်ယူထားသည့် လက်မှတ်များကို သတ်မှတ်ရက်မကုန်ခင်ထိသာ အသုံးပြုပါရန်။

Children

• Each Passenger who is in possession of or has been issued with a YWB ticket or on whose behalf a ticket has been issued may be accompanied by one child of not more than five years of age (height of 43 inches (ft 3’7”) free of charge, but such child shall not be entitled to occupy a seat on the vessel. If two adults wish to bring more than two children of under the height of 43 inches, tickets will need to be purchased accordingly if additional children will occupy seats; the number of tickets to be purchased shall be according to the number of seats the children will occupy.

Luggage (ဝန်စည်သယ်ဆောင်ခြင်း)

• Carrying personal luggage that is small enough not to disrupt the personal seating space of others on the boat is permissible for the initial stage of our operations until we announce otherwise. Larger luggage and carry-ons shall be allowed with additional charges and passes.

• ခရီးသည်တစ်ဦးအတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဝန်ထက် ပိုမိုသယ်ဆောင်လျှင် အခကြေးငွေပေးဆောင်ရပါမည်။
